Ok here goes...
Tomorrow I start the 13 day diet. I will be blogging for the next two weeks to share my experience and will conclude with my overall experience and results. I’m reading articles to get me motivated and I even unfollowed all the sweet food blogs I followed on here. My other goals for the next two weeks are as follows:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Walk at least 30 minutes a day (walking...
Hooray our Whole Farmacy 13 day diet has arrived.
We start Monday.
I probably won’t be saying hooray after a few days on it, but I know it’s the best thing I can do for myself right now.
Getting back in the swing of things.
I will admit that, until last night, I haven’t been to the gym since the holidays. I will admit that after gaining so much momentum and losing 15 lbs between September and October, I have gained 5 back. I haven’t eaten well either. Goals for 2010
Rather than a New Years resolution, I’ve decided to make myself a list of attainable goals for 2010. I shall document them here:
1. I will eat breakfast at least 4 times a week.
2. I will go to bed before 11 at least twice a week.
3. I will be able to give a box of clothes away because they are too big.
4. By the end of 2010, I will be able to fit in to the last pair of jeans I still...
This is my year.
I know we all say that, but plans are being made so that at least two very big things are going to happen this year. That is all for now.
